  • Removed flashing headers:
    • J4: all six nets severed and component removed from schematic & PCB
    • J5: both nets severed and component removed from schematic & PCB
  • Purged unused parts and orphan artifacts (duplicate USIM1 portals, leftover ESP32/SW1 passives/connectors)
  • Renumbered all component designators sequentially to eliminate gaps
  • Renamed net U5_IN to SYS_VBAT
  • Updated BOM and project properties to document these changes

  • ERC/DRC review and error resolution (unable to run automatically) to confirm no critical net breaks

  • ✅ J4 & J5 removed without affecting power, USB-C, audio, modem or SIM nets
