Blocked at the routing step by an already-active autoroute job in the project.
Completed:
  • Resized board to 297 mm × 37 mm with the 4-layer stackup preserved.
  • Converted the five electrical sense pads B-, B1, B2, B3, B4 to M6 through-hole terminal pads.
  • Placed the 8-pad alternating terminal pattern using the requested edge offsets:
    • 5 mm from side edges
    • 10 mm from top/bottom edges
  • Added three isolated non-connected M6 anchor pads.
  • Repositioned U1, the 1 ms RC filters, timing parts, thermistor network, and optocoupler zone near the board center.
  • Added/adjusted the protected 5 mm no-copper galvanic isolation barrier between the isolated fault-loop side and BM3451/cell-sense side.
  • Cleared stale routing across the moved nets.
Blocked:
  • The autorouter cannot be started because an existing autoroute job is still active: auto-layout-40ecd514-9d9e-485a-a2aa-b9455d845966.
  • Because routing has not completed, the current DRC still reports airwires, as expected.
Next step: wait for the active autoroute job to finish or discard it, then rerun autorouting and final DRC/ERC.
