I’ll design a USB‑C PD DFP with U1, a high‑power DC/DC around U4, integrated protections, and precision monitoring.
  • Configure PD (CC/CTL/PSEL/HIPWR/VAUX), wire the USB‑C receptacle, add ESD/TVS.
  • Implement the DC/DC stage (FETs/inductor/caps), set compensation, UVLO/EN, soft‑start, current sense.
  • Add reverse‑blocking, OVP/UVLO, surge/TVS; integrate shunt + comparator telemetry.
  • Complete nets, run ERC/DRC, finalize BOM/exports.
