Next steps If you want ERC fully clean, I can fix those pre-existing power-net issues by wiring the intended power sources (or adding power flags if appropriate). Tell me what should feed U3 VIN (USB VBUS via J3, battery via J1/J2, etc.) and whether U4 should be populated/used in this design.
