ESP32-S3 Audio Vision Setup

ti ricordo questa distribuzione delle cam.inoltre recupera spazio dove puoi. e le batterie estraibili. mi raccomando.poi ricontrallo tutto il cablaggio che siq corretto

Ricevuto: CAM1 frontale destra, CAM2 frontale sinistra, CAM3 laterale destra, CAM4 laterale sinistra.

Project Specification — Spider Glasses Prototype
Status: Schematic-only, electrically incomplete, layout prohibited.
Architecture
Four ESP32-S3 camera nodes feed a USB2514B four-port hub and Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W gateway. The Pi is supplied from 5V_L and connects to the hub through a modular OTG-host connector because the library Pi symbol exposes only the 40-pin header. Unused Pi expansion GPIO/SPI/I2C/UART/HAT-ID pins are documented NC.
Each USB downstream port requires: TPS2054D individual current limiting with active-low fault feedback, USBLC6-2SC6 D+/D− ESD protection, and 120 µF/10 V switched-VBUS bulk plus local ceramic bypass. USB2514B uses a 24 MHz ABM8G crystal, 12 kΩ RBIAS, reset RC, filter capacitors and default self-powered individual-power/individual-OCP straps.
Power requirements

Table

SideAssigned loads5 V converter requirement
GatewayPi + hub + lateral camera + audio≥2 A continuous, ≥3 A transient
Oppositetwo camera nodes + Atom/control + audio≥1.2 A continuous, ≥2 A transient
At Vin=3.0 V, 6.5 W typical requires 2.55 A total at 85% efficiency. The 14.2 W peak envelope requires 5.92 A at 80% and must be scheduled with local capacitance. TPS63020 is not approved for either final rail. No replacement is approved until guaranteed output current and thermals are verified at 3.0 V.
Energy and hot swap
Two protected 800 mAh 1S cells: 5.92 Wh nominal, 4.7–5.0 Wh usable, 43–46 minutes at 6.5 W. One-hour operation requires ≤4.8–5.0 W average or larger cells. Internal buffer: protected 100–150 mAh 1S pack with dedicated charger/protection and isolated feeds into both TPS2121 channels; never directly parallel cells. A 120 mAh buffer is ~0.44 Wh and only 3–4 minutes ideal.
Open electrical blockers
  1. Complete switched VBUS and ESD wiring for all four USB ports.
  2. Instantiate BQ24074 passives/straps, TPS2121 priority/OV/ILM/SS networks, MAX17048 bypass/I2C, and MAX98357A bypass/channel/gain straps.
  3. Select and verify dedicated buffer charger/protection.
  4. Replace TPS63020 with verified converters/modules meeting the table above at Vin=3.0 V, including current, dissipation, inductors, capacitors and protection.
  5. Remove orphan UART nets after confirming no intended gateway use.
Done criteria
Zero critical ERC; no active configuration pin marked NC; all four USB ports protected and current-limited; coherent isolated hot-swap path; explicit energy/current/thermal limits; no layout until every blocker is closed.
