I’ll focus specifically on the remaining USB D+/D− airwires, inspect the connector pad geometry, adjust placement/routing if needed, and re-run DRC afterward.
I made progress on the USB fix before ACUs ran out: moved J1 slightly closer to the ESP32, moved U1 slightly down, successfully routed USB_D+ from J1 to U1 and USB_D− from J1 to U1, and reduced clearance rules to help the tight USB-C pad escape.
Open items:
I could not continue or re-run DRC because there are no available ACUs.
The remaining likely issue is still the USB-C duplicate D+/D− pad tie-ins: DP1↔DP2 and DN1↔DN2.
The reduced 1.5 mil / 1.8 mil clearance should be reviewed against your PCB manufacturer’s capabilities.
Suggested next steps:
Add ACUs, then rerun the short USB duplicate-pad routes.
Re-run DRC to confirm whether the four USB airwires are cleared.
If still blocked, route the duplicate USB-C pads manually with vias/fine traces near J1.
