Reading docs about auto fix floating copper error.

I’m not finding a Flux feature that will automatically fix Floating Copper DRC violations. According to the Flux documentation, Floating Copper errors are detected whenever any via, trace, or copper fill isn’t connected to a net:
Floating Copper
Detects any via, trace or copper fill island that is not connected to any net.
In order to clear this DRC rule ensure that your vias are connected and all traces and components are wired to their respective nets. For isolated copper fill islands, …

You’ll need to manually connect or remove the unconnected copper:
  • Route or attach floating traces/vias to the correct net
  • Delete any unwanted copper islands or pads
