Reset J3's REF text rotation override to match J1.

I tried to reset the
REF text rotation on J3 to match J1 by editing the layout rule on the text node, which is the correct class of tool for project modificationsResult:
- The write call reported success.
- But the follow-up layout check still shows J3’s
REFoverride withrotationZ = 180. - So the override did not actually clear.
That means this is likely being held by a stubborn text-override ruleset rather than a simple movable text property.
Next best options:
- You manually reset the
REFtext in the PCB editor on J3 - Or I can keep digging and try to target the exact override ruleset more aggressively
