Yes—these SMD variants are available:
- MIC4427YM — SOIC-8, 1.27 mm pitch; easiest to assemble and probe.
- MIC4427YMM-TR — MSOP-8, 0.65 mm pitch; more compact, supplied on tape and reel.
I recommend the MIC4427YM SOIC-8 unless PCB space is tight. Both retain the dual 1.5 A, non-inverting low-side gate-driver function of the DIP version, but require a different footprint.

I should also take a closer look at the tools we have for PCB design to ensure they meet our needs.
