Yes—these SMD variants are available:
  • MIC4427YMSOIC-8, 1.27 mm pitch; easiest to assemble and probe.
  • MIC4427YMM-TRMSOP-8, 0.65 mm pitch; more compact, supplied on tape and reel.
I recommend the MIC4427YM SOIC-8 unless PCB space is tight. Both retain the dual 1.5 A, non-inverting low-side gate-driver function of the DIP version, but require a different footprint.
I’ll inspect the current PCB for placement quality, unrouted connections, and rule violations, then run the necessary placement and/or routing passes and verify the applied result.
