After tuning the circuit using a separate tuning board, I found out that I calculated this capacitance wrong the first time! Right now, I have a placeholder 7pF capacitor until I make some measurements to get the perfect value to get near 13.56MHz resonance.
(If you used a 56pF cap, this design would resonate at around 9.9MHz.)
