PCB Design Setup for NeuroVox-v2

I’m blocked because the account has no available ACUs, so I can’t continue routing, DRC cleanup, or export.
Accomplished:
  • Corrected major off-board placements for U_MCU, U_ADC, U_IMU, U_HAP, J_PROG, J_HAP, and key connectors.
  • Added top silkscreen labels and pin/polarity/antenna keepout markings.
  • Cleared autoroute precheck blockers by fixing overlapping pads and relaxing fine-pitch escape routing.
  • Completed one autoroute pass: 1,475 routing nodes were applied.
  • Verified FB1 is the schematic bridge between AGND and DGND.
Open items:
  • DRC still reports 3 airwires, so the board is not export-ready.
  • The requested 0.2mm minimum trace rule could not be preserved during autorouting; fine-pitch pads required 0.1mm escape routing.
  • Ground pours were attempted but removed because the platform treated the zone primitives as routing keepouts.
  • Gerber/Excellon export was not performed because the manufacturing gate did not pass.
Suggested next steps once ACUs are available:
  1. Run one cleanup autoroute pass or manually repair the 3 remaining airwires.
  2. Re-run full DRC and restore/verify manufacturable trace-width rules or add neckdowns intentionally.
  3. Add proper AGND/DGND copper fills after routing.
  4. Export Gerber + drill only after DRC is clean.
