Completed the unified schematic + layout execution, but the PCB is not yet zero-error.
Done:
  • Verified the schematic already has exactly 4× 1 kΩ sense resistors:
    • B1 → RVC1 → VC2_FILT / BM3451 VC2
    • B2 → RVC2 → VC3_FILT / BM3451 VC3
    • B3 → RVC3 → VC4_FILT / BM3451 VC4
    • B4 → RVC4 → VC5_FILT / BM3451 VC5 path, with CVCC retained on VCC.
  • Confirmed board size: 297 mm × 37 mm.
  • Added a protected 1 mm center routed isolation slot marker.
  • Added 8 isolated non-connected M6 anchor holes at the requested symmetric offsets.
  • Applied explicit 5 mm copper keepout around the M6 anchors.
  • Repositioned BM3451/filter, balancing, and optocoupler zones.
  • Ran autoroute, cleaned the three failing route fragments, then ran one cleanup autoroute pass.
Final status:
  • Overlapping copper: 0 reported.
  • Selected ERC checks: no open errors reported in the final selected review set.
  • Airwires: 4 remain.
    • 3 are persistent B1/B2/B3 route failures after the second autoroute pass.
    • 1 is tied to an auto-generated fill connection artifact.
I stopped after the second autoroute pass because it only added 3 route nodes, so further autoroute retries are unlikely to converge. The remaining errors need targeted manual routing/placement recovery rather than another blind autoroute.
