Available in 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 channel configurations, utilizing avalanche TVS diode technology with low clamping voltage, low off-state capacitance and fast response time below 1ns. Provides IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD protection up to 30kV air discharge and 30kV contact discharge. Suitable for USB, GPIO, communication interfaces, portable electronics, keyboards, digital cameras, handheld devices and embedded systems. Available in SC70, SOT23, SOT143 and MSOP surface-mount packages.
