It features a 60 V reverse standoff voltage (VRWM), 64.2 V breakdown voltage (minimum), 96.8 V maximum clamping voltage at 15.5 A peak pulse current, and a 1500 W peak pulse power dissipation (10/1000 µs waveform). The device is unidirectional and is supplied in a DO-214AB (SMCJ) surface-mount package.
