I want to create a breakout board for a Sensirion 810-125PA pressure differential sensor to connect it to a WAFER-GH1.25-4PWB. I want to include reverse voltage protection with the smallest possible forward voltage drop.

I can add the following component for reverse-voltage protection:
This single-input, single-output ideal diode offers very low forward drop (~35 mV) at small currents and comes in a tiny SOT-363 package.
