No – those little rectangles are just generic “Terminal” pins in the schematic symbol. They don’t tell you which contacts are NC (normally-closed) or NO (normally-open). The rectangle shape simply marks where each mechanical pin of the PN22SJNA03QE lands.
If you need to see NC versus NO contacts, you’ll want to swap in a proper switch symbol (with the open/closed contact graphics) or at least label the terminals per the datasheet. Let me know if you’d like help replacing those terminals with a full switch symbol and annotating NC/NO pins.
