According to the Flux documentation, all external files—including 3D models—are managed in the Assets panel of the Inspector:
Assets – The Assets panel is where external files live, such as SVGs to use as custom symbols, or 3D models.

To add a 3D model:
- Open the Inspector (right-hand pane) while in either the Schematic or PCB tab.
- Click the Assets section to expand it.
- Use the “+” button to upload your 3D model file (e.g. a STEP or VRML).
- Once uploaded, link it to a footprint via a 3D Model rule in your Layout Rules.

I wasn’t able to find any documentation on a “Manage” button in the Assets panel. It’s likely that this exact feature isn’t available in Flux yet.
