Design and implement an ESP32-based board that captures audio using an ICS-43434 I2S digital microphone and reads temperature/humidity via a Si7021-A20 sensor. The design integrates a USB interface for debugging and supports a LiPo battery power system with a charger IC and battery power-path to supply a stable 3.3V rail for the ESP32 and sensors.

System Architecture and Component Addition
1. Define and add the ESP32 module/SoC to the project.
2. Add the ICS-43434 digital I2S microphone with its placeholder terminals (VDD, WS, SD, GND, LR, SCK).
3. Include the Si7021-A20 temperature/humidity sensor with I2C interface pins (SDA, SCL) and required pull-ups.
4. Add a USB connector for debugging (defer specific type selection) and if needed a UART bridge for native USB debugging support.
5. Add a LiPo battery connector and a Li-Ion charger IC to manage power flow and charging.
6. Integrate a 3.3V regulator and configure battery power-path components.
Interface and Connectivity Wiring
1. Determine and connect the I2S signal paths between the ESP32 and the ICS-43434 (WS, SCK, SD, LR).

Footprint Verification and PCB Layout
1. Verify component footprints for ESP32, ICS-43434, Si7021-A20, USB connector, LiPo charger IC, and other passive components.
2. Configure board size according to design constraints and add a ground plane with stitching vias.
3. Prepare auto-placement and layout routing for power and signal integrity.
Design Review and Output
1. Run Electrical Rule Check (ERC) and Design Rule Check (DRC) for schematic and layout.
2. Verify parts availability and update BOM.
3. Prepare manufacturing outputs and documentation.

The schematic includes all key components with proper interconnections for I2S, I2C, USB, and power subsystems.
The PCB layout has all components placed with proper footprints, a clean ground plane, and correct power routing from USB/battery to 3.3V rail.
