- Copper fills: set single-owner fills per layer with priority AC > 60V > 24V > GND > signals; add pour keepouts, isolation slots, and net ties; rebuild fills to clear “Layers with Multiple Fills.”
- BOM: replace generics (inductor, output/input caps, comp/feedback passives) with in‑stock MPNs from Mouser, Digi‑Key fallback.
- Verify: rerun ERC/DRC and availability, document changes.
