OPA2863RUNR 5188

OPA2863RUNR 5188

The Texas Instruments OPAx863 series includes low-power, 110-MHz, rail-to-rail input and output, voltage-feedback operational amplifiers designed for a wide range of applications that demand high bandwidth and precision under low power conditions. These components, encompassing the OPA863 (single-channel), OPA2863 (dual-channel), and OPA4863 (quad-channel) variants, operate across a supply voltage range of 2.7 V to 12.6 V, with a typical quiescent current of 700 µA per channel. The series features a gain-bandwidth product of 50 MHz, an impressive slew rate of 105 V/µs, and low voltage noise of 5.9 nV/√Hz, making them ideal for applications such as low-power SAR (Successive Approximation Register) and ΔΣ (Delta-Sigma) ADC drivers, ADC reference buffers, low-side current sensing, and more. Each device in the OPAx863 series includes additional features such as overload power limit, output short-circuit protection, and a high-precision version (OPAx863A), enhancing their suitability for demanding applications that require rail-to-rail input and output capabilities in conjunction with low power consumption.
