I could not find any Flux documentation that describes exporting a project to KiCad (.zip) (or KiCad project files like .kicad_pcb / .kicad_sch). This likely means KiCad export is not available in Flux.
The most relevant entry I found related to exporting is:
All export options are accessible through the Flux menu in the top-left corner of your workspace under the Export submenu.
Manufacturing File Exports Gerber RS-274X Files
How to Export:
  1. Click the Flux logo in the top-left corner
  2. Navigate to Export > Manufacturing Files (Gerbers, etc)
  3. The ZIP file will be downloaded automatically
that is the final production output. i wants the design project, not the factory files.
The most relevant entry I found related to exporting the design project (not manufacturing files) is Flux project (.flx) export:
How to Export:
  1. Click the Flux logo in the top-left corner
  2. Navigate to Export > Flux project (.flx)
  3. The .flx file will be downloaded
Use Case: Perfect for:
  • Creating backups of your projects
  • Importing into other EDA tools or applications
  • Version control and archiving
  • Long-term project preservation
