CT_SENSE (e.g., J_SENSE ↔ R13)
3V3 DIGITAL (e.g., J_OUT ↔ C4)
All other nets with missing traces as listed.

Switch to the PCB tab, select the unrouted nets or components, and use the autorouter or manual routing tools to complete these connections.
