Development Board Design Guide

I opened the new attachment and captured the updated direction: Ethernet must be removed completely, and the board should continue without PHY/RJ45/RMII/MII/magnetics/Ethernet routing.
I’m currently blocked because the account has no available ACUs, so AI execution features are unavailable and I can’t make more project changes right now.
Current project state:
  • Major parts and many passives were already added.
  • STM32 core power, VCAP, clocks, reset/BOOT0, SWD, USB-C/USB FS, flash/ESP/CAN wiring were started.
  • A status document was created noting unfinished schematic and cleanup work.
  • Ethernet removal has not yet been applied due to the ACU block.
Remaining work:
  • Remove Ethernet components and references.
  • Finish schematic wiring and GPIO breakouts.
  • Fix SPI flash net issue.
  • Run and clean ERC.
  • Create/place/route the 4-layer PCB.
  • Run DRC.
  • Generate BOM and manufacturing outputs.

I opened the latest attachment and inspected the current schematic/layout. I removed the Ethernet PHY U6, matching the updated requirement to exclude Ethernet completely.
I’m now blocked because the account has no available ACUs, so I can’t continue executing AI project changes.
Open items:
  • Remove any remaining Ethernet-related nets/headers/references if present.
  • Finish GPIO and expansion header wiring.
  • Fix ERC/airwire issues.
  • Re-place all parts inside the 160 × 100 mm board outline.
  • Route the 4-layer PCB and clean DRC.
  • Generate BOM and manufacturing outputs once ACUs are available.
