  • The original through-hole issue still appears, now associated with trace UID beginning 39274a13.
  • New/current PCB issues: 12 overlapping-copper errors and 3 dangling-trace warnings.
  • ERC: 1 error — U10:VIO_SEL is not connected to a power source.
The manual route improved connectivity, but its overlapping/dangling copper should be corrected before routing further.

I’ll remove the 3 dangling trace groups first, then surgically repair the 12 overlapping-copper violations and rerun DRC to confirm both categories are clean.

  • Component placement and design rules were unchanged.
  • Remaining airwires stayed at 41, so cleanup introduced no new unrouted connections.
Next priority is routing the remaining airwires.
