Kort svar: Ja. En boost från 3.3 V till 5 V är icke‑isolerad, så både 3V3_IN och 5V_OUT ska dela samma GND (en enda sammanhängande jord).

Praktiska riktlinjer

Använd ett enda GND‑nät/plan som referens för både in- och utgång.
Lokalisera returströmmarna: lägg in‑ och ut‑kondensatorernas minus nära varandra och nära regulatorns GND, så blir switchslingorna små.
Om du exponerar pinnar i sublayouten får du gärna ha en GND‑pin; om du väljer både “GND_IN” och “GND_OUT” måste de kopplas ihop lokalt på sublayouten (en “stjärnpunkt” vid in‑kondensatorns GND är bra).
Dra lastens retur (5 V‑sidan) tillbaka till samma lokala GND‑nod, inte via SW‑området.
Enda skälet att separera jordar är om du medvetet använder galvanisk isolation (vilket en vanlig boost inte gör).
Om du behöver extra ren 5 V nedströms, kan ett litet post‑filter hjälpa, men var försiktig: “en LC eller π‑filter med 10 kHz cutoff kan orsaka stabilitetsproblem” med regulatorns återkoppling. Välj i så fall ett filter som inte interagerar med loopens dynamik.
