Puede haber varias razones por las que la sugerencia para agregar U2 no se esté aplicando correctamente. Algunas posibles causas son:
  1. Disponibilidad del Componente:
    Asegurémonos de que el ISP621-4X esté disponible y no presente conflictos en la librería. Puedes verificar su disponibilidad utilizando el enlace.
  2. Conflicto de Designadores:
    Si ya existe otro componente usando el designador U2 (aunque en este caso parece que solo tienes el U1), podría generar un conflicto. Asegúrate de que U2 esté libre.
  3. Error Técnico en la Aplicación:
