Placement is complete with the connectors on board edges and the five driver channels spaced apart. I’m checking routing/DRC next and will route what the available PCB tools can complete cleanly.
Implemented the constant-current revision: five AL8860WT buck LED driver channels, Chanzon-based current settings, 10-pin LED output connector, 24 V input fuse, series reverse-polarity Schottky, and SMBJ26A TVS. The schematic/ERC and BOM/footprint checks are clean, and the PCB is placed on a 110 × 85 mm board with thermal spacing; I also updated Design Notes — 5-Channel PWM LED Driver.
Open items:
PCB routing is only partially complete: 37 airwires remain.
The router could not resolve some diode and power-terminal pads cleanly, so I stopped after removing the overlap/dangling trace issues.
Chanzon LED data came from product listings, not a formal datasheet; verify the physical pinout before assembly.
Suggested next steps:
Finish routing manually or with a full autorouter pass if available.
Verify J_LED2 pinout against your actual Chanzon RGBW/IR LED wiring.
Consider upgrading the SS14 freewheel diodes to 60 V Schottkys if you want more surge margin.
