  • Pick and add all major ICs (4-switch controller, SPI TFT interface, current-sense amp, temperature sensor, fan driver, OVP/OCP/OTP comparators)
  • Pick and add other active components (reverse-polarity MOSFET, TVS diode, suppression diode, output-enable MOSFET)
  1. Supporting components and power
    • Review power subsystem for additional actives
    • Add decoupling caps, pull-ups/downs, inductors, oscillators as needed
  2. Connectivity
    • Add connectors (power input, output terminals, remote sense, test points)
    • Wire power stage, CV/CC loops, UI signals, and sensing lines
  3. Schematic review
    • Verify completeness, ratings, and headroom of all passives and actives
  4. PCB layout preparation
    • Assign footprints, define stackup, board size, power planes, and mounting holes
