I’ll build this as a complete schematic and 100 × 80 mm two-layer PCB, then verify pin mapping, placement, routing, labels, mounting holes, and design-rule results.
ESP32 carrier: two female 1x19 through-hole sockets.
Left I/O: three male 1x3 through-hole headers.
Right I/O: three male 1x3 through-hole headers.
Display interface: one male 1x9 through-hole header.
RFID interface: one male 1x4 through-hole header, only specified four pins.
Power and mechanics: one male 1x2 header and four 3.0 mm NPTH mounting holes.
All circuitry is connector-only and explicitly specified, so each block is implemented from scratch with library through-hole headers; no active reference block is required.
I parsed the specification and prepared the complete build plan, but execution could not start because no ACUs are currently available. The project remains empty; schematic capture, PCB layout, routing, silkscreen, copper pour, and ERC/DRC verification are still pending.
