Search docs: How to set up a 4-layer PCB stack-up with specific copper thickness and mounting holes in Flux.

Here’s how to set your 4-layer stack-up in Flux:
  1. In the PCB editor, open the Objects tab on the right.
  2. Select the Layout object.
  3. In the inspector, add an Object Specific Rule named “Stackup.”
  4. Choose the default 4-layer stackup or click the pencil icon to open the Stackup Editor.
  5. In the Stackup Editor, set:
    • Layers: Top, Inner1, Inner2, Bottom
    • Outer copper thickness: 4 oz
    • Inner copper thickness: 2 oz
  6. Add an Object Specific Rule for “Drill”:
    • Drill size: 4.0 mm plated
    • Annular ring: ≥ 0.5 mm
