Here are two approaches:

Grouping existing pads as a single object
- Switch to the PCB layout tab.
- Drag-select (or Shift-click) all of the pads you want to group.
- Right-click on one of them and choose Group (or press
Ctrl + G). - Now they’ll move/rotate together. To break the group later, select it and use Ungroup (or
Ctrl + Shift + G).

Converting pads into through-hole vias, then grouping
a. Delete each unwanted pad:- Click the pad, press
Delete.
b. Place a via at the same spot: - Press
Vto enter the Via tool, click to drop a via. - In the Properties panel, assign it the original net name (e.g.
D26,VN, etc.).
c. Once all vias are in place, select them and use the same Group/Ctrl + Gcommand.
- Click the pad, press
Bonus: if what you really want is to have one multi-pin footprint instead of N separate pads, consider replacing all those individual [Terminal] symbols in your schematic with a single Pin Socket 01×08 2.54 mm Vertical (or whatever size connector you need). Then assign each net to the appropriate pin in that connector. When you sync to PCB you’ll end up with one 8-pin through-hole header footprint instead of eight individual pads.

Here’s the relevant guidance from the Flux docs on grouping in the PCB Layout Object Tree:
Organization
- Drag and drop objects to reorder them within their categories
- Group related objects by selecting them and using the “Group” command
- Use tags to create custom organizational schemes
You’ll need to open the Object Tree (left-panel), select the items there (Shift-click or Ctrl-click), then right-click in the tree and choose Group.
