Connect $D1:CA$ to a digital GPIO pin on $U1$ to control the common anode, or connect it to VCC if always enabled.
Connect $D1:a$ to a digital GPIO pin, such as $U1:D2/GPIO25$ .
Connect $D1:b$ to another GPIO pin, such as $U1:D3/GPIO15$ .
Connect $D1:c$ to $U1:D4/GPIO26$ .
