I found strong library matches for the ESP32-C3, AP63203 buck, AO3400A valve MOSFETs, SS34 flyback diodes, SMBJ16A TVS, and terminals. The 4-pin 3.5 mm output terminal was not available exactly, so I’ll use the closest JLCPCB-sourcable 3.81 mm 4-pin screw terminal unless a strict 3.5 mm footprint is required.
I started the Nively Valve Block BLE Controller design and added the core library-backed parts: ESP32-C3-MINI-1, AP63203 buck regulator, USB-C connector, USB ESD protection, 12V input terminal, fuse, PMOS reverse protection, TVS, dual AO3400A valve MOSFETs, SS34 flyback diodes, valve output terminal, buttons, LEDs, passives, and buck inductor. I also renamed the project and set the description/properties.
Blocked: your account has no available ACUs, so I can’t continue executing design changes right now.
Remaining work:
Wire the schematic nets and set exact passive values.
Fix/clean designators from the bulk-add conflict: one LED was assigned R1, and mounting holes failed to add.
Wirelessly connects nets on schematic. Used to organize schematics and separate functional blocks. To wirelessly connect net portals, give them same designator. #portal
