I attempted the supported mutation on the actual V33 terminal, UID 3a2156aa-7fae-45a2-9b32-d1876aade930, setting Pin Type → Power Out. The platform refused:
mutate_component_properties was not executed because the user has only "view" access (required: "edit")
Verified correction
Pin 20, V33 (datasheet name VDD33): currently Power In; intended Power Out for the carrier’s 5 V/internal-LDO mode.
WCH Chapter 4 Parameters verifies V5 = 4.5–5.25 V, nominal 5.0 V, for internal-LDO operation. VDD33 output is 3.2–3.5 V, nominal 3.3 V.
The application instructions specify that bypassing the internal LDO requires an external 3.3 V supply to both V5 and VDD33. Thus Power Out is appropriate specifically for the requested internal-LDO mode, not every possible supply configuration.
The source Datasheet URL still points to SnapEDA; updating it was also not possible with view access. No pins, terminal identities, geometry, placement, carrier settings, or PCB layout were changed.

To preserve the existing part UID, its owner must grant edit access or make and publish these corrections. Owned cloning is supported, but creates a separate part identity rather than a new version of this source. I did not create an uncorrected clone.
