Airwire Fill Error

The "Airwires" review flagged a error on Fill:Fill, U1:DEVSLP.

Help me fix this.
I’ll inspect the DEVSLP net and the reported fill connection, repair the missing route, then rerun the airwire check.
I confirmed the reported connection is U1:DEVSLP to the GND copper fill; the GND fill is not physically connected to that pad. Routing is currently blocked by a board-definition validation error, and I couldn’t continue because the account has no available ACUs.
Remaining: resolve the board validation error, then add a short GND connection or via from U1:DEVSLP into the GND fill and rerun the Airwires review.

Requirements and power budget
  • Nominal rail: 5 V
  • Recommended continuous load: 4.0 A (20 W)
  • Input absolute maximum current: 5.0 A (25 W)
  • eFuse nominal current limit target: 4.5 A
  • eFuse capability: ≥5 A, preferably 5.5–6 A
  • No conversion stage: input current approximately equals protected output current plus a small indicator/eFuse quiescent current.
  • Connectors and copper path must support 5 A absolute maximum with margin.
Architecture decision
No matching standalone Flux reference design was found for eFuse or generic power-protection searches. The protection block will therefore be designed from scratch using a library eFuse and its exact datasheet support circuit.
Variant policy
  • TVS MPN/value is BOM-configurable within the mechanically compatible 1.5KE unidirectional DO-201 family.
  • Bulk capacitor voltage is provisionally 16 V for a 5 V rail and remains BOM-configurable.
  • Two radial electrolytic footprints are ALT-FIT/DNP alternatives; only one is to be populated.
  • Indicator LED and resistor are optional/DNP.
