Select parts: low-power Wi-Fi/BLE MCU/module, digital T/RH sensor, USB-C receptacle, 5 V protection/power-path parts, regulators, programming/debug interface, and passives.
Build the schematic with USB-C 5 V default power, reverse/OVP/UVLO/OCP protection, 0.5–3 A source planning, MCU, sensor, decoupling, boot/programming, and RF layout constraints.
Verify ERC/power budget, then proceed to PCB placement/routing with antenna keepout and USB-C layout rules.
