What remains to build:
Select an ultra-low-power Wi-Fi + BLE 5.x MCU/module, likely an ESP32-C6/S3-class module depending on power/peripheral needs.
Add a digital temperature/humidity sensor, preferably I²C.
Design USB-C 5 V sink input with CC resistors for default 5 V behavior.
Add input protection: reverse protection, overvoltage protection, undervoltage lockout, and overcurrent protection sized for 0.5–3 A USB-C sources.
Add regulated power rails, likely 3.3 V for MCU and sensor, sized from a full power budget.
Wirelessly connects nets on schematic. Used to organize schematics and separate functional blocks. To wirelessly connect net portals, give them same designator. #portal
