Build the schematic: power tree, two ESP32 subsystems, SPI/UART/I2C buses, reset/boot circuitry, programming/debug access, antenna/RF keepouts, and waterproof charging approach.
Run ERC/design review, then proceed to PCB placement/routing with RF and antenna constraints.
Once ACUs are available, I’d start by creating the system specification and power architecture before adding parts.
