Sealed Dual ESP32 Board

I can’t start executing the design yet because this workspace currently has no available ACUs, so AI project edits/tools are unavailable.
Current project state:
  • New empty project: Tense Rose Teleporter
  • Components: 0
  • Nets: 0
  • No schematic, PCB layout, or specification has been created yet.
What remains to be done once ACUs are available:
  • Define requirements: battery size/runtime, waterproof enclosure constraints, charging power target, GPS antenna type, LoRa frequency region, UWB antenna needs, and sensor interfaces.
  • Create a project specification for a sealed, wireless-charged battery device.
  • Select/verify parts: 2× ESP32-S3-WROOM, Core1262 HF LoRa module, DW3000 UWB, 9DoF IMU, GPS module, wireless charging receiver, LiPo charger/protection, regulators, antennas, connectors/test pads.
  • Build the schematic: power tree, two ESP32 subsystems, SPI/UART/I2C buses, reset/boot circuitry, programming/debug access, antenna/RF keepouts, and waterproof charging approach.
  • Run ERC/design review, then proceed to PCB placement/routing with RF and antenna constraints.
Once ACUs are available, I’d start by creating the system specification and power architecture before adding parts.
