The operational amplifiers (U1 and U2), resistors (R1 and R2), and capacitors (C3 and C2) can be used to make a second-order (2-stage) active low-pass filter using Sallen-Key topology.

Here are the connections:

Connect R1:P1 to the signal input (this can be J1:TIP based on your netlist).
Connect R1:P2 to U1:+IN and C3:P1.
Connect C3:P2 to Ground (net 0 as per your netlist).
Connect U1:-IN to R2:P1 and U1:OUT.
Connect U1:V+ to your positive power supply (Net 2) and U1:V- to your negative power supply or Ground (Net 0).
Connect R2:P2 to U2:+IN and C2:P1.

This will give you a 2-stage (second-order) low-pass filter with a cutoff frequency of approximately 100Hz. The exact cutoff frequency is determined by the resistors and capacitors:

f_c = 1/{2*pi*sqrt{R1*R2*C1*C2} }

where:

$R1$ and $R2$ are your resistor values (5 kOhm)
$C1$ and $C2$ are your capacitance values (318 nF)
