- What problem does it solve, and who is it for?
- What should the device physically do or sense?
- Does it need to connect to anything — phone app, WiFi, Bluetooth, USB, cloud, another device?
- How will it be powered — battery, USB, wall adapter, solar, vehicle power, or something else?
- Any size, cost, durability, or appearance constraints?
- Where will it be used — indoors, outdoors, wearable, handheld, mounted, industrial, classroom, etc.?
- What are the most important features for the first prototype?
- Are there any parts, sensors, displays, motors, LEDs, buttons, or connectors you already know you want to use?
Once you answer, I’ll help turn it into a block-level architecture, candidate components, prototype plan, and development roadmap.
