In Flux, you can manage your layers from the layer panel, which usually located on the right side of the PCB editor screen. Here are the steps:
  1. Launch your project and open the PCB layout.
  2. Look for the layer panel on the right side of the screen.
  3. In the layer panel, you will see the list of current layers and there should be an option to "Add Layer" or "+" button.
  4. Click on "Add Layer" or "+" and select the type of the layer you want to add.
You can also manage (turn on/off, rename, change color, etc.) the existing layers from this panel.
Please note, the layer management will greatly affect the complexity, cost, and manufacturing process of the PCB, consult your PCB manufacturer for any limitations they might have.
If the instructions differ from what you see in your version of Flux, check the help section or the official documentation for the most recent instructions, as the interface can change as new versions are released.
