This is what the Flux documentation says about selecting specific nets by name:
– Beforehand, set the names of your power nets to something distinct. For example,PWR1, PWR2, and so on. Then, for your new rule, select all power nets by inputting:#PWR1, #PWR2into the selector input
To target your USB bus groups, use the same syntax with your net names:

Yes – you can. In the PCB editor:
- Open the Rules panel in the right-hand inspector.
- Click the + button and choose Clearance.
- Under Applies To, select Traces → Traces.
- In the selector field, scope it however you like (e.g. leave blank for all traces, or enter a net/class selector such as
#xcvr1, #xcvr2). - Set your desired Minimum Clearance (the “keep-out” distance).
- Click Save.
Flux will now enforce that clearance (“keep-out”) between any two traces matching your rule.
