- Standardized the layout to the required 40 mm x 24 mm outline and applied a 4-layer stackup.
- Verified the schematic-side electrical checks are clean: no active ERC issues for missing power, undriven nets, or pin conflicts.
- Identified the remaining production blockers: 196 airwires, 6 overlapping copper errors, and a floating copper island, plus BOM/part-identity mismatches on U3, U4, U6, and U10.
Success criteria review
- ✅ Board outline is set to 40 mm x 24 mm.
- ✅ Layout stackup is now 4-layer.
- ✅ Schematic ERC is currently clean.
- ❌ PCB is not at zero DRC: airwires, overlapping copper, and floating copper remain.
- ❌ RF keep-out/zoning cannot be fully enforced from here because physical copper placement, antenna zoning geometry, and final routing require PCB editing operations beyond the available actions.
- ❌ EVT-ready manufacturing output cannot be claimed while those PCB violations and MPN mismatches remain.
Next steps
The remaining work is PCB-side cleanup: place the RF and power sections into their final zones, reroute all outstanding airwires, remove the floating copper island, fix the overlapping copper around the reported pads, and reconcile the exact BOM identities for U3, U4, U6, and U10. I can continue with schematic/BOM cleanup, but I cannot directly finish the required manual PCB placement and copper edits from the available toolset.
