Place 4 through-hole pads with the following specifications: Pad 1 (IN+) at (-20mm, 8mm), Pad 2 (IN-) at (-20mm, -8mm), Pad 3 (OUT+) at (20mm, 8mm), and Pad 4 (OUT-) at (20mm, -8mm). For all pads, set the hole diameter to 1.5mm and the pad diameter to 3.0mm. Add clear silkscreen labels "IN+", "IN-", "OUT+", and "OUT-" next to each corresponding pad.
