Optical Sensor Ultraviolet (UV) 330nm, 365nm I²C 4-TFLGA
UV light sensor with integrated UVA and UVB photodiodes, designed to measure ultraviolet intensity and calculate a UV index through an I²C interface. It operates from a 1.7 V to 3.6 V supply, features a 16-bit ADC, programmable integration time and dynamic range, built-in signal processing with UV compensation, and is housed in a compact 4-pin OPLGA package suitable for space-constrained applications.
