Part Datasheet Review and Verification

Reviewed the PESD5V0L4UG,115 part against the official Nexperia datasheet. The Datasheet URL was already set, so I did not change it.
Key specs

Symbol / pinout check
  • Pin 1: cathode diode 1 — matches
  • Pin 2: common anode — matches
  • Pin 3: cathode diode 2 — matches
  • Pin 4: cathode diode 3 — matches
  • Pin 5: cathode diode 4 — matches
Footprint check
  • Footprint has 5 pads, matching the SOT353/SC-88A package.
  • I could confirm pad count and pad naming, but the available layout inspection did not expose enough pad geometry to fully verify land pattern dimensions against the datasheet’s recommended SOT353 reflow footprint.
Mismatches / cleanup items
  • The part-level Package property is not set; it should be SOT353 / SC-88A.
  • Terminal Pin Type values are all Unspecified; these should ideally be set to passive/ESD diode terminal-style pins.
  • Pin descriptions are represented in designator names, but not as explicit Pin Description properties. This is not electrically wrong, but weaker metadata than the datasheet supports.
Set the terminal pin types appropriately for this ESD diode array.
I’ll update the five terminal pin types to passive-style pins appropriate for an ESD diode array, then verify the schematic metadata.
Updated all five terminals to Pin Type = Passive and verified the schematic metadata.
No open issues from this change. Suggested next step: add explicit Pin Description properties for each terminal so the metadata mirrors the datasheet pin table.
