Part Verification and Datasheet Update

Looking at the datasheet of this component, can you group together pins by their functions? for example for Power, 3v3, gnd_1 gnd_2 etc NOTE: If you group them, can you not add the same pin if you already added them in a group? You should know which pin function is common for its function.
I’ll group each MCP4461 pin once by its primary datasheet function, then verify the terminal metadata afterward.
I applied the grouping, then saw the platform suggested more standard group labels; I’m normalizing them now so the metadata is cleaner and still one group per pin.
Done — I grouped all 20 MCP4461 pins by their primary datasheet function, with each physical pin assigned to exactly one group.
Groups applied:
  • Power: VDD
  • Ground: VSS
  • I2C: SCL, SDA
  • Control Bus: HVC/A0, A1, ~WP, ~RESET
  • Analog: P0A/P0W/P0B, P1A/P1W/P1B, P2A/P2W/P2B, P3A/P3W/P3B
I also updated the terminal Section, Pin Type, and Pin Description metadata from the datasheet and verified the final grouping.
