Air Velocity Sensor Module – MEMS thermopile-based air velocity sensor with a 0 to 15 m/s measurement range, 12-bit digital output over an I²C interface, and 3.3 V supply operation. Features 125 ms response time, ±5% full-scale accuracy (at 25°C), 400 kHz I²C clock support, and an operating temperature range of −20°C to +85°C. The module measures 8 × 9 × 3.7 mm and incorporates a silicon-carbide-coated sensing element with solid thermal isolation technology.
